Responsibilities:

 

  • To select new suppliers & getting quotation & samples.
  • To raise the purchase order upon received purchase requistion form
  • To monitor delivery date with supplier
  • To fill the received bil upon collection if delivery order
  • To maintain the approved supplier list
  • To evaluate supplier performance
  • To handle supplier rejected & returned goods
  • Any others tasks assign by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Required skills : MS Office , Computer  literate
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
